CODEVI was founded in 2003 and is a division of Grupo M, a Vertical Textile Corporation in the Dominican Republic founded in 1986.

Villas Codevi has been created to provide our guests of hospitality with the amenities of a basic service hotel,operated through environmental protection systems. Our standard guidelines are mainly focused on making Villas Codevi “Your second home”,where guests feel amongst family, experiencing a personalized and special treatment.
We have 74 confortable room available, classified as follows: 10 premium roomss, 20 Master Rooms and 44 Standard Rooms.
“Les Herons” Conference Room is available for meetings, activities, celebrations, presentations and prívate luncheons. Open from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
“Jaco” Restaurant is focused on local cuisine, and offers a varied menú, healthy, energetic and pleasing to your palate. Service Hours: Breakfast from 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM, Lunch from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM and Dinner from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
